摘 要:果蔬在采后贮藏过程中产生的乙烯是加速果蔬成熟、衰老和腐烂的重要因素。该研究采用高压静电场技术模拟脱除果蔬贮藏库中的乙烯,并对其影响因素进行了试验及分析。结果表明:空气中乙烯含量、极板电压、电极材料均是影响高压静电场脱除乙烯的主要因素。在该试验条件下,极板电压为-14k V,电极板结构为针板电极,管路长度为2.5m,空气中初始乙烯含量低于175μL/L可在设备运行20min将乙烯完全脱除。研究结果为气调库使用高压静电场脱除乙烯设备提供了基础设计参数。A. new type of high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) equipment was designed for controlled-atmosphere (CA) storage to decompose and remove ethylene gas efficiently. The key design parameters of the equipment were stimu- lated and analyzed through experiment. The results show that the ethylene-removing efficiency of HVEF equipment main- ly depends on the content of ethylene , the voltage of plate, the configurations of electrode. The proper conditions keep- ing equipment in higher efficiency state in this experiment were showed as follows: voltage was -14kV; configurations of electrode was pin plate electrode; the content of ethylene less than 175 p,L/L within 20min could decompose and remove ethylene completely. The experimental results provided basic parameters for the design of high-efficiency ethylene de- composition equipment for CA storage.
