摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法在全科医学实习教学中的应用效果。方法我校全科医学课间实习的学生,31例作为传统带教组,31例作为PBL带教组,传统带教组采用传统的实习教学模式,PBL带教组采用PBL教学模式。课后采用问卷调查形式,从7个方面对教学满意度进行比较两组情况(包括提高学习兴趣及主动性、提高自学能力、加深临床基础知识理解、对以人为中心的诊断思路形成有帮助、提高解决临床问题的综合能力,提高团队合作能力及活跃课堂气氛)。结果在提高学习兴趣及主动性(P=0.017)、提高自学能力(P=0.009)、对以人为中心的诊断思路形成有帮助(P=0.017)、提高解决临床问题的综合能力(P=0.017)、提高团队合作能力(P=0.048)方面,PBL带教组得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在加深临床基础知识理解方面,PBL组得分低于传统带教组(P=0.010),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全科医学实习教学中运用PBL教学,学生学习兴趣及主动性及自学能力得到提高,可以更好的帮助学生形成以人为中心的诊断思路、提高解决临床问题的综合能力及团队合作能力,PBL教学组学生对教学效果总体满意度高于传统教学组,但在加深临床基础知识理解方面仍有改进空间。Objective To explore the effect on application of PBL teaching method in general medical practice teaching. Methods In students of general medicine internship class, choose 31 students as control group, 31 students as PBL group, control group using the traditional practice teaching method, and the PBL group using PBL teaching mode. Asked both two group students complete the questionnaire after class, then compared two groups scores from seven aspects ,including raising learning interest and initiative, improving self-study ability, enhancing the understand of clinical knowledge, helping the students form people-centered thinking, improving the ability of solving clinical problem, developing teamwork, and living up teaching atmosphere. Results PBL group gain more scores than control group on the aspects below-raising interest and initiative (P=0.017), improving self-study ability (P=0.009), and helping the students form people-centered thinking (P=0.017), improving the ability of solving clinical problem (P=0.017), developing teamwork (P=0.048). On the other hand, control group gain more scores than PBL group on enhancing the understand of clinical knowledge (P=0.010).The differences were statistically significant, P〈0,05. Conclusion Using PBL method in the internship teaching of general practice medicine, raised learning interest and initiative, improved self-study ability, helped the students form people- centered thinking, improved the ability of solving clinical problem, and developed teamwork ability. But on the aspect of enhancing the understand of clinical knowledge, PBL method still have room to improve.
