转型背景下食品科学与工程专业实践教学体系构建

摘　　要：地方本科院校向应用型大学转型发展是当前高等教育的时代任务,而实践教学是应用型人才培养的关键所在。本文以湖南文理学院食品科学与工程专业为例,介绍了转型背景下专业实践教学体系的优化改革措施,包括实践教学内容模块的优化、实践教学模式手段的创新、实践教学资源配置的保障等。通过构建科学的实践教学体系,取得了良好的成效,相关经验可供同类院校参考。The transformation of local colleges to applied university is the current era task of higher education, and practice teaching is the key to cultivating applied talents. Taking Food Science and Engineering specialty of Hunan University of Arts and Science as an example, the professional practice under the background of the transformation of teaching optimization system reform measures was introduced, including the practice of optimizing the teaching content module innovation means, practice teaching and practice teaching resources protection. Through the construction of practical teaching system of science, and good results were achieved, relevant experience can be reference for similar institutions.
