摘 要:【目的】了解云南野生茶树儿茶素遗传多样性,为选育特异茶树资源提供理论依据。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法对100份云南野生茶树资源的儿茶素组分进行了检测,分析了8种主要儿茶素组分的含量。【结果】参试的茶树资源儿茶素组分存在丰富的多样性和变异,变异系数0.2912%~0.5669%;以野生茶树资源儿茶素组分为基础,可将100份野生茶树资源聚类为A、B 2个组群。【结论】A类群表现为酯型儿茶素含量低,可适制红茶;B类群表现为酯型儿茶素含量高,发现安定野茶、黄泥河大茶、西舍路大茶、巴达二号、勐养从茶5个酯型儿茶素含量高的资源,可作为适制绿茶的优质品种;闸上大树茶、十八连山大茶、底圩白毛茶、龙树茶4非酯型儿茶素较低,非酯型儿茶素最高的大黑山野生茶,可作为选育专用品种的特异种质资源材料。[ Objective ] The present paper aims to study the genetic diversity of wild tea catechins in Yunnan province and provide a theoretical basis for breeding special tea tree resources. [ Method] The components of catechin for 100 Yunnan wild tea tree resources were detected and the component contents of eight major catechins were analyzed by using high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method. [ Resuit] The components of tea catechins tested had rich diversity and variation, Its variation coefficient ranged from 0. 2912 % to 0. 5669 %. 100 wild tea tree resources by clustering were divided into group A and group B according to eatechin components of wild tea tree resources. [ Conclusion] Group A with the low content of ester type catechins was used to product black tea. Group B showed a high content of ester type cateehins. Five quality varieties (Andingyecha, Huangnihedacha, Xisheludacha, Badaerhao and Mengyangcongcha)with the high content of ester type cateehins were found and used to product green tea. Four varieties (Zhashangdaehashu, Shibalianshandaeha, Diweibaimaocha and Longshucha) showed the lower of nonester type cateehins as well as the lowest of ester type eatechins. Daheishan wild tea had the highest of nonester type catechins. They could be used as breeding special varieties and specific germplasm materials.
