摘　　要：在分析了影响院校实践教学质量的制约因素的基础上,结合控制专业人才培养和实践教学的探索,介绍了在"双师型"教员队伍构建、递进式教学实践体系和实践教学条件平台建设等方面的思路和有益尝试。Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the teaching quality of practical teaching,combined with experience of Control Engineering specialty students＇ training and practical teaching,this article introduces the double-quality teachers＇ team construction,ideas and practices of progressive teaching practical system and practical teaching platform construction.
