摘 要:教师教育要为教师适应时代需求而加油助力。围绕"教师教育供给侧改革"这一主题,2016·中国教师发展论坛经过交流总结发现,当前教师教育供给侧存在产能过剩、师范院校主体地位下降、生源质量偏低、理论与实践割裂、教师队伍布局不均衡、职后培训脱离实际等问题,今后教师教育供给侧改革需要坚持教师的专业化发展;创新教师培养模式,建立GUS三方联动机制;完善教师入职标准,建立二级专业学院的机构质量认证、教师教育专业质量认证和教师资格认证"三驾马车"。Teacher education should help the teachers to adapt to the needs of the times. Attendants of 2016 teacher development forum find that at present,there are many problems in the supply side of teacher education, such as overcapacity, decline of the dominant role of teachers colleges, low quality of normal students, separation of theory and practice, disequilibrium of overall arrangement of teacher team and post training out of practice. Further reform should adhere to the professional development of teachers reform; innovate teacher training model, establish GUS three linkage mechanism; and improve the teachers' entry standards, set up the "the three carriages" of a secondary professional college institutional quality certification, teacher education professional quality certification and teacher qualification.
