多赢视域下校企双主体“虚拟订单班”模式的创新——以台州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要："虚拟订单班"模式,即校企合作多赢视域下,由企业突破专业与年级的限制,在校学生定向招收学生,通过校企对接成立新班级,对学生进行符合企业需求的引导式培养模式。在市场化的人才导向下,"虚拟订单班"的运作需要学校和企业的共同努力,对相关教学制度和评价体系等进行改革,建立"虚拟订单班"教学方法和学习模式的实施模型和检测体系,真正做到"融专业入产业",使毕业生符合企业的需要。＂Virtual order class mode＂, under the perspective of multi-win, namely the enterprise breaks the limitation of major and grade, enrolls pre-assigned students from college students, organizes new class through enterprise and college docking, and carries out the guidance training mode in accordance with the requirements of enterprises. With market-oriented talents orientation, the operation of ＂virtual order＂ class needs the joint efforts of school and enterprise. It should reform the relevant teaching system and evaluation system, establish ＂virtual order＂ class teaching methods and the implementation model and testing system of learning mode, truly integrate profession into the industry, and let graduates meet the needs of the enterprise.
