摘 要:为研究双电机前后轴独立驱动电动车驱动模式切换过程的平顺性问题,搭建了双电机测试平台,设计了包括转速、转矩和协调控制时间的三因素试验方案,测试了单电机向双电机(单/双)、双电机向单电机(双/单)和单电机向单电机(单/单)3种模式切换的冲击度,分析了三因素主效应和交互效应的特征规律,归纳了双电机前后轴独立驱动电动车模式切换冲击度的关键影响因素,提出了降低冲击度的措施。结果表明,3种模式切换中,单/单电机模式切换过程的冲击最为严重;而3种因素中,协调控制时间对冲击度的影响最为显著;通过控制模式切换过程中双电机转矩分配系数变化率,可有效减小双电机前后轴独立驱动电动车模式切换的冲击度。To study and improve the ride comfort of a front- and- rear-motor-drive electric vehicle ( FRM-DEV) , a dual-motor test platform is developed. First of al l, a test scheme is devised covering three factors (motor speed, motor torque and coordinated control time) , and the jerks in three mode switch schemes ( from single motor to dual motors,from dual motors to single motor and from single motor to single motor) are measured respectively. Then based on test results,the features of major effect and interaction effects of three factors are analyzed. Finally, the key factors affecting the mode-switch jerk of FRMDEV are summed up and a measure for reducing jerk is pro-posed. The results show that among three mode-switching schemes, the shock in the switching process from single motor mode to single motor mode is most serious,and the effect of coordinated control time on jerk is most signifi-cant in three factors. Accordingly by controlling the changing rate of torque distribution coefficient between front and rear motors in mode-switching process, mode switch jerk can be effectively reduced.
