摘 要:目的探讨竞赛式教学方法应用于病理学实验教学的效果。方法选取杭州医学院2014级医学影像技术专业107名学生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用竞赛式教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过问卷调查学生学习投入状况、实验考试考核学生技能掌握情况以评价实验教学效果。结果问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生教学前后学习投入各维度得分和总分差值比对照组均有提高,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验考试结果显示,实验组学生教学后的实验考试成绩明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在病理学实验教学应用竞赛式教学方法,不仅有助于提高医学生学习投入程度,而且有助于提高医学生病理实验技能,其实验教学效果明显优于传统教学方法。Objective To explore the effect of application of competitive method in pathological experiment teaching. Methods 107 students of grade 2014 majoring medical imaging technology in Han- gzhou Medical College were divided into experimental group and control group. Competitive method was a- dopted in experimental group, while conditional education methods were applied in control group. Ques- tionnaires were used to investigate the degree of students' learning engagement and experiment examina- tion was used to exam the handling of technology to evaluate the effect of teaching. Results Question- naires displayed that the degrees of students' learning engagement and the total score' s equation of experi- ment group were higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The results of examination showed that the scores of experiment group were higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were both sig- nificant differences. Conclusions Adopting competitive method in pathological experiment teaching could not only lift the degree of students' learning engagement, but also improve the experimental technology of pathology, so its effect of experimental teaching was better than traditional education methods.
