摘 要:打叶复烤是卷烟工业的重要环节,烟叶原料的外观形态及内在品质经打叶复烤各工序后均会发生变化,而打叶复烤后的片烟品质对卷烟产品品质具有重要影响。对片烟品质(片烟结构、内在品质及安全性等3个方面)在打叶复烤过程中的变化研究进展进行了综述,并对进一步提高打叶复烤后片烟品质的技术进行了展望。Threshing and redrying process is an important step in cigarette industry. The size and distribution and inherent quality of tobacco lamina would experience a series of changes during the threshing and redrying procedure. The quality of flue-cured tobacco lamina has important influence on cigarette product quality. The research progress of flue-cured tobacco lamina quality changes during threshing and redrying process is reviewed from three aspects of strip size distribution, inherent quality and harmful components of mainstream smoke. Moreover, the threshing and redrying technology that can further promote the quality of flue-cured tobacco lamina is discussed.
