摘　　要：教学团队建设是高职院校内涵建设的基础性工作,也是师资队伍建设的重要内容。教学团队目标的多元、知识型群体特征、专业化组织结构与分布式领导要求相吻合。分布式领导适用于专业性的组织和知识型群体的管理,共同愿景、互融机制、领导共同体、任务导向和绩效优先是分布式领导在教学团队建设中的基本路径。The teaching team construction is not only the basic work of the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges, but also an important part of the construction of the teaching staff. The multiple and intellectual group characteristics and the specialized orgnization structure of teaching team are consistent with the requirements of the distributed leadership. The distributed leadership is suitable for the management of the professional organization and intellectual group. The common vision, mutual mechanism, leadership community, task oriented and performance priority are the basic ways of distributed leadership in the construction of teaching team.
