摘　　要：随着我国高等教育由精英化教育向大众化教育的转变,学生生源质量明显下降,学生的学业成绩不达标等问题不断出现,以至于不能顺利毕业。通过建立学校教务管理部门、学生管理部门和学困生家长三方面有效联动等措施,不断改进和完善学生学业预警机制,为提高高校人才培养质量提供重要的保障。Along with the transition of China＇s higher education cation, it seems that students＇ quality is decreased obviously. Clearly, it is evident that the academic a- chievement of college students could not come up the standards of graduation. Through the establish- ment of the linkage mechanism among 1 administrative departments, student management and poor students＇ parents, there is no doubt that it has provided important guarantee for continuously improving the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
