摘  要:中小学校长任职资格培训可以说是校长培训的基础环节,是校长管理制度的重要组成部分。我国自1989年起,逐步建立了中小学任命的校长应取得岗位培训合格证书"持证上岗"的制度。然而,近年来,随着对校长培训的日益重视以及对校长质量要求的提高,我国校长任职资格培训制度开始显露出一些问题。通过梳理回顾我国校长任职资格培训政策,借鉴美国相关管理制度的经验,可以为完善我国校长任职资格培训制度提供有价值的启示。Primary and secondary school principals' qualification training is the basis of the principal training, and also an important part of the principal management system. Since the year 1989, China has gradually established the regulation that the primary and secondary school principals could be appointed only after they obtained the job training certificate. However, in recent years, with the increasing emphasis on the principal training and the improving requirements of the principal quality, the principals" qualification training system reveals some problems. By reviewing the policy of principal qualification training in China and learning from the experience of relevant management system in the United States, some valuable enlightenments for perfecting the principal qualification training system in China could be provided.
