摘  要:目的:探讨校院协同全程育人实践的临床护理实习模式。方法:通过实习前期、实习期、实习后期三个阶段对护理学生实习全程育人管理模式,具体包括构建双线全程实习育人、开展学生职业生涯设计活动、做好岗前培训、强化理论知识与动手能力;建立健全学校、医院共育机制,加强过程跟踪,完善考核、考评制度,培养人文精神;对护生进行综合考评,召开交流座谈会并对护生实习效果进行评价。结果:本模式开展后,在实习护生培养方面成效显著。学生一次就业率始终保持在99%以上,专业对口率达100%,护士执业资格考试通过率达99.8%。结论:通过协同全程育人实习教学模式对减轻临床新护士培训压力,实现实习护生向新护士培养的无缝隙转化具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing training practice mode in terms of cosoperative co-construction between the college and the hospital.Method:The nursing students will be supervised through three stages:the early stage,the midlle stage and the later satge.Specifically,this process includes constructing double practice education,developing students' vocational career design activities,completimg the pre-service training,strengthening there inforcement theory knowledge and practice ability,Producimg mechanism,establishing and improving the school and the hospital,strengthening the process of tracking,improving the system of assessment,cultivating the humanistic spirit,Comprehensing evaluation of nursing students,holding communication forums,and evaluating the effect of nursing students internship.Result:after launching this mode of education,effect of cultivating the students' practice nursing skills will be achieved,student employment rate will be kept over 99%,once professing rate will be 100%,and the nurse practicing qualification examination pass rate will reach 99.8%.Conclusions:This mode will decrease the training pressure of new clinical nurses,and is of great importance in trasnsforming practice nursing students to new nurses seamlessly.
