开放教育资源视域下的创新人才培养

摘　　要：在互联网时代,以免费、开放和共享为特征的开放教育资源为人们提供了高质量的学习资源和多样化的学习方式,不仅丰富了学习者的学习体验,促进了学科课程整合与学习者创造力的提升,还加快了知识的传播与创新,加深了学校教育与社会实践的深度融合,为创新人才的培养提供了崭新的路径。同时,开放教育资源也对创新人才培养提出了新的挑战。课程设置的特色与个性化、学习与教学模式的转变、学习评价与教学管理理念和机制的转变、教师职业身份的转变和学习者数字化学习能力的提升等都是学校教育应对挑战、深化创新人才培养实践的必由之路。In the Internet era, open educational resources （OER）, which are free, open, and sharable, provide high quality learning resources and diverse learning opportunities for people. OER not only enrich learners＇ learning experience, facilitate the integration of courses in different disciplines and the enhancement of learners＇ creativity, but also accelerate knowledge distribution and innovation, and deepen the amalgamation between school education and social practice. Although OER provide new ways to creative talent education, they pose many challenges to talent education. OER involve a series of reform in the curriculum system, the learning and teaching model, the evaluation and management mechanism, teachers＇ professional identity, and learners＇ digital learning in education.
