摘　　要：工作过程导向的课程开发强调学生职业能力的培养,重视学生学以致用的能力,符合企业的用人需求,已成为高职院校教学改革的主流。文章从课程设计思路、教学内容、教学方法、课程评价四个方面,阐述了高职工作导向的课程开发与实施过程。The work process oriented curriculum development emphasizes the cultivation of students＇ occupation ability,pay attention to students＇ ability to apply their knowledge,meet the needs of enterprises,has become the mainstream of the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. The curriculum design,teaching content,teaching methods,curriculum evaluation of four aspects,and expounds the implementation of work oriented curriculum development in Hi^her Vocational Education in the process.
