摘 要:为探究大瑶山山脉野生茶树资源的生化成分特征,本研究测定了来自大瑶山29份茶树单株的19项生化指标。其中用分光光度法检测茶多酚、游离氨基酸、黄酮等含量,用高效液相色谱检测儿茶素、生物碱等组成,用氨基酸分析仪检测氨基酸组成。对主要生化成分进行遗传多样性分析和聚类分析,结果表明大瑶山野生茶具有丰富的遗传多样性和地域独特性,并从中筛选出了一批特异资源,如高氨基酸(>4.00%)资源9份、高咖啡碱(>5.00%)资源23份、高EGCG(>10%)3份。Nineteen characteristic biochemicals in 29 leaf samples from varied wild tea plants found in Mt. Dayao were studied. Contents of polyphenols, free amino acids and flavonoids were determined using ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry; constituents of catechins and alkaloids, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); and components of amino acids? using an amino acid analyzer. Subsequently, genetic diversity and cluster analysis were performed on the biochemical components. The result showed that the wild tea plants were genetically significantly diversified with unique regional characteristics. For instance, the leaves of 9 tea germplasms showed high amino acid contents (〉4.00 %),23 had high caffeine contents (〉5 .0 0 % ) ,and 3 had high epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) contents 〉10%).
