摘　　要："思想道德修养与法律基础"课的教学工作是一种创造性的劳动,它要求教师必须具有创造的意识、创造的勇气和创造的能力。在内容安排上,教师要结合学生的实际需要和社会的现实状况理解和把握教学大促进学生的精神成长,有效地拓展教材内容,提升教学内容的丰富;在手段运用上,要根据教育对象的不同特点,相应地运用多样的教学形式,增强教学方式的灵活性;在课程建设上,注重开拓新的研究和实践疆域,不断完善课程体系。The teaching of “ ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis” is a creative work, which requires teachers to have the consciousness of creation, the courage to create and the ability to create. In the content arrangement, the teacher should combine the students＇ actual needs and the social reality to understand and grasp the teaching to promote the spirit of students to grow, effectively expand the content of teaching materials to enhance the teaching content of the rich; in the use of means, according to the object of education Different characteristics, the corresponding use of a variety of teaching forms, enhance the flexibility of teaching methods; in curriculum construction, pay attention to open up new research and practice territory, and constantly improve the curriculum system.
