摘  要:以福选9号为对照,在宜宾市引种中茶302并进行适应性、适制性综合性评价。结果表明,中茶302独芽期在2月下旬至3月上旬,整体芽叶萌动期较对照晚6~26 d,有效错开了芽叶采摘洪峰。适应性强、定植成活率高(87%~98.4%),芽叶肥壮、生长势旺盛、持嫩性强、耐寒旱且较抗病虫。水浸出物含量45.21%~46.33%,咖啡碱含量32.98~41.19 mg/g,茶多酚含量12.61%~17.69%,氨基酸含量最高达4.53%,酚氨比值最低达3.12,儿茶素品质指数最高达2 418.7。以滚筒杀青—理条机二青—理条4~6次(适时加棒2次)—去毫—干燥—提香工序所制芽茶得分90.9分,感官审评结果均优于对照。说明中茶302具较强适应性及适制性,具有早产早收高产优质的综合优势,建议引种推广。Taking Fuxuan 9 as the control, this article carried out comprehensive adaptability evaluation about Zhongcha 302 in Yibin city. The results showed that Zhongcha 302 budded during in late February to early March, the buds of whole shoots were 6-26 days later than the control, effectively staggered buds picking peaks. Zhongcha 302 had strong adaptability, high survival rate ( 87%-98.4% ) , strong leaves, strong growth potential, strong tenderness, was resistant to drought and more resistant to pests and diseases. For Zhongcha 302, water extract content was 45.21%-46.33%, caffeine content was 32.98-41.19 rag/g, tea polyphenols content was 12.61%-17.69%, the highest amino acid content reached 4.53%, the ratio of phenolic to ammonia was as low as 3.12, and the catechins quality index was up to 2418.7, and the sensory evaluation results were better than the control with quality score of 90.9 by roller fixing-two green machine processing - processing 4 to 6 times ( plus timely rod 2 times ) - tea to cents - drying - improving aroma. In summary, Zhongcha 302 is well adapted to the regional climate characteristics and actual tea production in Yibin, has comprehensive advantages of early harvest yield and quality.
