摘 要:以葡萄皮渣为材料,研究超声波辅助提取法从葡萄皮渣中提取白藜芦醇的工艺条件;以白藜芦醇吸光度值为考察指标,通过单因素和正交试验研究超声时间、占空比、乙醇浓度、料液比和功率对白藜芦醇提取率的影响程度及最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,对白藜芦醇提取率影响因素的大小顺序依次为超声时间>占空比>功率>料液比>乙醇浓度;最优工艺条件:超声时间为6 min,占空比为1∶2,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1∶35,功率为400 W,经验证试验,其提取率为0.277%。稳定性研究结果表明,白藜芦醇受温度和紫外灯照射的影响较大,对室内日光灯照射比较稳定。To explore the optimal condition of resveratrol from grape skin, taking resveratrol extraction yield as selection standard, this paper researched the optimal extraction condition and the impact of extraction time, the time of work and intermission, ethonal concentration, the proportion of water to material and the ultrasound power on resveratrol extraction yield by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the order of the impact of above five factors on resveratrol extraction yield was extraction time 〉 the time of work the and intermission 〉 uhrasound power 〉 the proportion of water to material 〉 ethonal concentration. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows, extraction time was 6 rain, the time of work and intermission was 1 : 2, ethonal concentration was 60%, the proportion of water to material was 1 : 35, the uhrasound power was 400 W. Certified test, the highest resveratrol extraction yield was 0.277%. The results indicated that there was widely impact of temperature and ultraviolet lamp, but it was stable to the fluorescent lamp.
