摘 要:微教育是一种与时俱进的教育方式,包含微型教学和微型学习两个方面。随着校企继续教育联盟的不断推进,面向企业员工开展微教育成为高校继续教育改革的重要内容。通过微教育,有利于高校与企业之间进行知识迁移,促进教师专业发展和继续教育质量提升,促进员工综合素质提高与企业组织绩效改进。Micro education is a kind of new education mode, which includes micro teaching and micro learning. With the constant promotion of the alliance of college and enterprise's continuing education, the development of micro education for enterprise employees is becoming an important part of college continuing education reform. Through micro education, it is helpful for knowledge transfer between universities and enterprises. On the one hand, it can promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of continuing education. On the other hand, it can promote the advancement of the comprehensive quality of the employees and the improvement of the organizational performance.
