基于职业能力分析的高职院校新能源汽车实训基地建设研究

摘　　要：针对目前高职院校新能源汽车实训基地建设滞后,不能很好满足新能源汽车人才培养的现实问题,基于能力核心理念,遵循"行业企业调研—职业能力分析—课程体系构建—实训教学资源开发"的技术路线,进行了高职院校新能源汽车实训基地建设的研究,提出了高职院校新能源汽车实训基地建设方案,成果有助于完善高职院校实训基地的建设,提高人才培养质量,服务于高速发展的新能源汽车行业企业。To solve the lagging behind situation of the new energy vehicle training center of higher vocational colleges, a study is made on how to construct a training center in ability-centered concept and by following the pathway of investigating industry and enterprise, analyzing vocational ability, constructing curriculum and developing training resources. This article puts forward the constructing proposals of the training center. The outcomes of the study are conducive to improve new energy vehicle training center's constructing effect and enhance teaching quality, which benefits the new energy vehicle enterprise with high rapid development.
