中高职三二分段人才培养课程体系构建研究——以机械制造与自动化专业为例

摘　　要：人才培养课程体系是中高职衔接的实质与核心问题,是实现中高职持续发展和协调发展的关键。该文以机械制造与自动化专业为例,在对试点专业"3+2"分段培养目标定位与职业能力进行深入分析的基础上,提出按照"宽基础,活专业,强设计"的拓宽、拓深、拓高思路,对中高职课程体系与课程进行构建和开发,以实现不同层级职业教育课程内容的有效对接、有序递进与层层衔接。The curriculum system o f talent cultivation is the core and essence in theteaching connection of secondary vocational school and higher vocational college, whichis also a key factor for the sustainable development of the education of them. This papertakes the major of mechanical manufacture and automation as an example to put forwardsome suggestions of how to “widen the foundation, enliven the major and intensify thedesign” by analyzing the targets of “3＋2” grading teaching system and the professionalabilities. The development and the construction of two curriculum systems can promoteto realize the connection of different levels5 education in contents.
