摘 要:目的分析高仿真模拟教学的现存问题,构建适宜的教学方案,指导护理学高仿真模拟教学实践。方法采用行动研究法,综合运用问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法等多种方法收集资料并进行分析。根据收集的资料,行动小组构建包括高仿真模拟教学环境准备要求、学生准备要求、教师准备要求、高仿真模拟案例编制要求和高仿真模拟教学流程的教学优化方案,运用于2013级23名护理本科生(实验组)并与2012级23名护理本科生(对照组)比较评价教学效果。结果实验组学生护理综合能力、学生学习行为和提高模拟教学仿真性评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论行动研究是一种有效地持续改善护理教学实践的研究方法,通过行动研究构建的高仿真模拟教学优化方案可有效提升教学效果。Objective To analyze the existing problems in high-fidelity simulation teaching, to establish a proper teaching scheme, and to guide the practice of nursing high-fidelity simulation teaching. Methods An action research was conducted, and question naires, interviews, and participant observation were comprehensively used to collect and analyze data. According to the collected data, the action group constructed the teaching optimizing scheme, which including high fidelity simulation environment require ments, students' preparation requirements, teachers preparation requirements, high-fidelity simulation scenario's compositions, and high-fidelity simulation teaching process, then it was used in 23 baccalaureate nursing students (experimental group), who en rolled in 2013,and the teaching effect was evaluated and compared with another 23 students (control group) enrolled in 2012. Resuits The scores of nursing comprehensive ability, learning behavior and improving the fidelity of simulation teaching among the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈[0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Action research is an effective research method to improve nursing teaching practice continuously. The nursing high-fidelity simulation teaching optimization scheme established by the action research can effectively enhance teaching effectiveness.
