综合教学法在手术室护生带教过程中的运用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室护生临床实习带教的方法。方法:采用多种教学方式:情景式教学、一对一专人带教、每周一次理论课,手术日记书写、建立护生微信群,多媒体教学、满意度调查等方式。结果:通过多元化综合的教学方法使护生学习效率更高,试验组成绩显著高于对照组,师生双向满意度提高。结论:将多种教学方法综合利用,促进护生积极性,提高带教质量。Objective：To explore the teaching practice of nursing students in clinical practice.Methods：A variety of teaching methods were adopted to conduct this research,such as situational teaching,one to one teaching,weekly theoretical class,surgical diary,We Chat group of nursing students,multimedia teaching,satisfaction survey and so on.Results：Through diversified teaching method,the nursing students were more effective in their learning.The performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion：The comprehensive utilization of various teaching methods can promote the enthusiasm of nursing students and improve the quality of teaching.
