摘  要:目的:探讨手术室护生临床实习带教的方法。方法:采用多种教学方式:情景式教学、一对一专人带教、每周一次理论课,手术日记书写、建立护生微信群,多媒体教学、满意度调查等方式。结果:通过多元化综合的教学方法使护生学习效率更高,试验组成绩显著高于对照组,师生双向满意度提高。结论:将多种教学方法综合利用,促进护生积极性,提高带教质量。Objective:To explore the teaching practice of nursing students in clinical practice.Methods:A variety of teaching methods were adopted to conduct this research,such as situational teaching,one to one teaching,weekly theoretical class,surgical diary,We Chat group of nursing students,multimedia teaching,satisfaction survey and so on.Results:Through diversified teaching method,the nursing students were more effective in their learning.The performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The comprehensive utilization of various teaching methods can promote the enthusiasm of nursing students and improve the quality of teaching.
