摘 要:意大利以"激进的""全面的"改革方式率先完成了从隔离到一体化再到全纳教育的转变,并最终建立起完全全纳教育体系。意大利在走向全纳教育的过程中也面临一些挑战,如经济不景气阻碍相关政策执行、教师数量不足影响全纳教育质量与残疾学生就业率低等问题。意大利全纳教育发展模式对我国随班就读工作的启示是:完善随班就读相关法律法规,厘清随班就读与一体化、全纳教育的联系与区别,对随班就读进行准确定位。Italy's inclusive education underwent such radical and all-round reforms as exclusion, integration, and inclusion, and finally a complete system of inclusive education was established. However, Italy is faced with challenges in its development of inclusive education, such as the economic recession's hindrance to the practice of relevant policies, the bad effect of insufficient teachers on the quality of inclusive education, and disabled students' low rate of employment. Italy's mode of inclusive education development offers implications for China: Consummating laws and regulations involving learning in a regular classroom, clarifying the relations and distinctions between learning in a regular classroom, integrated education, and inclusive education, and accurately positioning learning in a regular classroom.
