摘 要:教师专业发展应该基于有效的教师学习,教师的行动学习和教学改进行动研究结合的模式是英语教师学习并实现专业发展的有效路径。为此笔者提出,在学校工作环境中建构英语教师持续行动学习的文化氛围,建立学习机制促教师开展教学改进研究的思路,以及助力英语教师实现有效学习的多种实践策略,即以文献学习、互动反思性对话、教学改进研究以及课例研究作为教师学习和发展的主要载体,并探讨了这些策略对促进教师专业发展的作用。Teacher professional development should be based on effective learning, and teacher's action learning research combination model is an effective approach for English teacher learning and achieve professional development. Therefore, the author creates the culture atmosphere of English teachers' continuous action learning in school working environment, set up the thought of using a learning mechanism to promote teachers to carry out the teaching improvement research and help English teachers implement a variety of practical strategy of effective learning, i. e., making the literature review, interactive teaching reflective dialogue, teaching improvement research and lesson study serve as the main carrier of teachers' learning and development and exploring the effect of these strategies on promoting teachers' professional development.
