摘　　要：构建食品安全生产环节信息透明度体系,对于提高信息透明度,满足消费者对食品安全生产信息的需求,具有极为重要的作用。然而,我国针对食品安全生产环节的信息透明度体系尚未完全建立,信息透明度较低。因此,在查阅大量文献和法律法规的基础上,初步构建出透明度指数体系,并应用德尔菲法和网络层次分析法(ANP)确定各项指数指标权重,构建出透明度指数模型,具有较大的实用价值和现实意义,在提高信息透明度、满足消费者信息需求方面奠定了良好基础。Construction of the production chain food safety information transparency system for improving the transparency of information to meet consumer demand for food safety production information, has an extremely important role. However, China for food safety aspects of the transparency of information system has not been fully established, with low information transparency. Therefore, on the large number of documents, laws and regulations, based on the initial construction of the transparency index system, and application of Delphi and network process （ANP） to determine the index weight index, construct transparency index model, with great practical value and practical significance to improve the transparency of information to meet the needs of consumer information laid a good foundation.
