摘  要:集团化办学是近年来职教领域比较热门的一个词语,是各地竞相利用的一种资源,也是解决产教融合、校企合作的有效途径和方式。高职院校如何用好"集团化"这一平台,对于深化办学模式、人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量起着至关重要的作用。文章以湖北汽车服务职业教育集团为例,阐述了牵头院校依托职教集团,创新校企合作模式,探索与实践的几种产教融合办学模式,为进一步推进集团化办学,提高技术技能人才培养质量提供了案例和模板。Group management is a popular term in the field of vocational education in recent years,it is also a resource competed everywhere as an effective way and mean to solve the integration of production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation. How to use this platform is of vital importance to deepen the mode of school-running in higher vocational colleges ,to reform the mode of personnel training and to improve the quality of personnel training. Taking the Hubei Vocational and Technical Group of Automotive Services as an example, this paper expounds the cooperation mode of vocational colleges and universities, and innovates the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, explores and practices several educational modes of production and education, and provides examples and templates for further promoting the group management and improve the technical talents training quality.
