摘  要:高质量的师资队伍是确保欧洲职业教育和培训质量的关键因素。其中,企业培训师作为欧盟职业教育与培训体系的组成部分,在推动欧洲学徒制发展中发挥着重要作用。近年来,提高培训师专业发展能力已成为欧盟职业教育政策议程中的重要议题,各成员国积极探索企业培训师专业发展策略,通过多种渠道拓宽培训途径,促使培训形式多样化,取得了显著效果,但同时在培训细则、培训内容以及培训参与度等方面尚存在有待改进的地方。企业培训师专业发展将立足于全面提高企业培训师的综合素质和保障培训项目的顺利实施作为改革方向。Committed and competent teachers and trainers are critical to ensure the quality of vocational education and training in Europe. In-company trainers, as part of the European Union's VET system, play an important role in promoting the development of European apprenticeships. Improving continuing professional development(CPD) of VET trainers has been indispensable on the EU policy agenda for some years. Each member country tries hard to explore professional development strategies of in-company trainers via various channels to broaden the training ways. There are diversified training forms and the training effect is remarkable. However, there are also some issues in some aspects such as training regulations, training contents and training engagement. Enhancing the comprehensive quality of in-company trainers and guaranteeing the effective implementation of training projects will be perceived as the future directions of reform for continuing professional development of VET in-company trainers.
