摘 要:阐述了智能进气格栅的工作原理和开发工作流程,及其对气动阻力性能、整车热管理性能、发动机冷却性能和其它性能的影响,重点描述了增加智能进气格栅引起的发动机舱环境温度升高对于零部件使用寿命的影响。针对某款车型设计了一系列包含不同环境温度和进气格栅开口组合形式的测试方案,根据测试结果评估智能进气格珊对空气阻力、发动机冷却和前舱热性能的影响,基于数据分析结果对开口组合方式和进气格珊的控制逻辑进行优化。This paper introduces the working principles and the development process of active grille shutters, then explains its effects on aero drag, full vehicle thermal management, powertrain cooling performance and other performances, and especially explains the impact of ambient temperature rise on the service life of components due to active grille shutters. A series of tests have been designed and conducted to evaluate the effects of the grille shutter on aero drag, power train cooling as well as under-hood and underbody components temperatures for one vehicle. Finally, the combinations of grille opening and shutter control logic were optimized.
