摘  要:高等师范院校化学专业肩负着培养合格中小学化学教师的重任,所培养的化学师范生教学能力的高低将会影响到基础化学教育的质量和效率。教学能力的培养是一个长期持续的复杂过程,针对当前化学师范生教学能力培养方面存在的不足,通过对专业课程教学进行改革,让学生参与课程教学,将化学师范生教学能力的培养渗透于化学课程教学过程中,使学生在学习专业知识的同时,实现对教学能力的培养。Department of chemistry of normal universities is the main base of cultivating the basic educational chemistry teachers and shouldering the heavy burden of cultivating competent teachers. Teaching capacity is the guarantee for the quality and efficiency of basic compulsory chemistry education. The cultivation of teaching ability is a long-term and persistent process. To solve the problem in the cultivation of chemistry students' teaching ability in normal university, the participatory teaching method was applied through the reform of course teaching, a cultivating mode of cultivation of teaching ability throughout the whole process of university teaching was put forward. The cultivating mode could not only advocate students to study the knowledge, but also improve the teaching abilities of chemistry majors, which make the learning quality and teaching abilities develop together.
