摘　　要：采用直接混匀法将叶酸加入面粉中,使用三维混合仪制得叶酸强化面粉。通过高效液相法检测样品中叶酸的含量,计算叶酸损失率与叶酸强化粉的混合均匀度,以此调整三维混合仪参数并获得最优值。In this experiment,adding folic acid into flour directly and used three-dimensional mixer to produce folic acid enriched flour. Through folic acid content detected by high performance liquid chromatography,can calculat folic acid loss ratio and mixing uniformity of enriched flour samples,and that is the criteria to adjust mixer to obtain the optimal parameters.
