摘 要:目前,我国如火如荼的进行着各式各样的教师培训,教师培训是提高教师教学水平的重要途径,是促进教师专业发展的重要保证。通过对文山市初中语文教师的前期培训需求进行实地调研,了解教师的培训需求,立足培训需求,设置课程、选择培训方式,让培训更有针对性和时效性。并针对调查问卷反应出的问题,提出相应的培训建议,切实保证培训的有效开展。At present, there is a wide variety of teacher training. Teacher training is the important way to improve teachers' teaching level and the important guarantee of promoting teachers' professional development. Through preliminary fi eld investigation of the junior middle school language teachers' training needs in Wenshan, the paper understands the training teachers' training needs and makes the training more targeted and timely based on training needs, setting up the courses and selecting training mode. Aiming at the problems refl ected in the questionnaire, the paper puts forward the corresponding training advice to ensure the effective training.
