摘　　要：现代学徒制是我国高职教育变革发展的重要举措。西方发达国家现代学徒制的实施经验对我国具有重要借鉴意义。目前我国高职院校实施现代学徒制主要面临三个方面的问题:顶层制度设计不完善;校企合作不深入,企业动力不足;双师队伍力量不足。本文针对这些问题提出实施现代学徒制的路径:制定现代学徒制相关法律制度;立法激励企业招收学徒,深度参与校企合作;加强培育双师队伍。Modern apprenticeship system is an important measureof China for the reform and development of higher vocational ed-ucation. The implementation experience of modern apprentice-ship system in Western developed countries has important refer-ence significance to China. At present, the implementation ofmodern apprenticeship system in China＇s higher vocational col-leges is mainly faced with problems in three aspects： imperfectdesign of top-level system, inadequate college-enterprise coop-eration and insufficient enterprise power, and inadequate strengthof double-qualified teacher team. To address these problems, thispaper proposes the path of implementing modern apprenticeshipsystem, formulates the relevant legal system of modern appren-ticeship system, stimulates enterprises to recruit apprentices anddeeply participate in college-enterprise cooperation through leg-islation, and strengthens the cultivation of double-qualifiedteacher team.
