摘 要:探讨本科实习护生人文关怀能力与积极心理资本及主观幸福感之间的关系。采用关怀能力评价量表、积极心理资本问卷和总体幸福感量表,对101名本科实习护生进行调查。结果显示,本科实习护生人文关怀能力总分为(194.94±23.97)分,处于偏低水平,人文关怀能力与积极心理资本及主观幸福感呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。护理教育者可以从开发本科护生积极心理资本、提升主观幸福感入手,提高其人文关怀能力水平,从而提升其为病人服务的能力。This paper discussed the relationship among humanistic care ability, positive psychological capital and subjective well-being in undergraduate nursing students. 101 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using caring ability inventory, positive psychological capital questionnaire and general well-being schedule. The results showed that the average score of humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students was 194.94 - 23.97 and the level was low. Humanistic care ability, positive psychological capital and subjective well-being had significant positive correlation(P〈 0.01). Nursing educators should improve the level of humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students by developing their positive psychological capital and promoting their well-being, in order to improve their abilities to serve patients,
