摘 要:利用SIMPACK软件建立了适用于高速转向架悬挂系统故障检测的国内某型高速动车组车辆动力学仿真模型,并根据所建立的动力学模型分别研究了在不同速度条件下一系垂向减振器、二系空气弹簧、二系抗蛇行减振器失效时整车不同部位表现出的动力学性能。通过对车体不同部位及前后转向架动态响应信号的时域、频域特性进行分析,获得了转向架悬挂部件故障与整车系统响应的关联关系,提出了分别针对一系垂向减振器、二系空气弹簧、抗蛇行减振器失效敏感的故障特征因子,从而对悬挂部件故障进行检测与定位。The dynamics simulation model for a certain type of high speed multiple units in China is established with SIMPACK software and is applicable to inspection of troubles in the suspension system for high speed bogies.On the basis of the dynamics model,the dynamics performances of different parts of the car in different speed conditions are researched respectively when the primary vertical damper,secondary air spring and secondary anti-hunting damper are in failure.Via analysis of the time domain and frequency domain features of the dynamic response signals at different parts of the carbody as well as the front and rear bogies,the correlations between troubles in suspension parts of bogies and the response of the integral vehicle system are obtained,the trouble feature factors that are failure sensitive respectively to the primary vertical damper,secondary air spring and anti-hunting damper are given,so as to make inspection and positioning of troubles in the suspension parts.
