摘　　要：卡特福德的翻译转换理论有助于增强双语转换意识,培养思维转换能力。汉语文化在向外传播的过程中,翻译转换在两个语言文本之间的通达转意上作为一定的媒介,影响中国文化的外推。本文主要通过对比分析英汉区别,结合翻译实践平台的具体实例进行分析,在源语和目标语的相应转换中,体会译者思维,提高转换能力,从而得出英汉转换能力培养的翻译策略,提高中国文化的外推竞争力。Catford’s translation shifts theory helps to enhance the awareness of translation and train thinking ability to convert.To spread the Chinese culture in, the ability of translation between the two languages acts as a mediumin a certain, thus affecting the extrapolation of the Chinese culture. Through comparative analysis of differences between English and Chinese and specific examples from translation practice platform, this paper analyzes the appropriate conversion in the source language and target language in order to experiencethe translator’s thinking, improve the ability and methods to convert language and improve the competitivenessof the Chinese culture.
