摘 要:教学工作时间是指教师为完成教学任务和巩固教学成效所花费的时间。基于全国10省20市(县)义务教育教师的调查数据发现:(1)义务教育教师的教学工作时间普遍较长,超过一半的教师日均教学工作时间超过8小时;(2)教师的教学工作时间分配中,"班级面向的教学工作时间"与"学生面向的教学工作时间"之比约为2∶1;(3)在班级面向的教学工作时间中,备课时间与课堂教学时间之比约为2∶1;在学生面向的教学工作时间中,作业批改时间与课外辅导时间之比约为5.5∶1;(4)教师的教学工作时间在学段、城乡、性别等维度存在显著差异,并表现出一定的规律性。Teaching time is the time that teachers spend completing the teaching tasks and consolidating the teaching effect. Based on the nationwide 10 provinces 20 cities (counties) data of compulsory education teachers, we find that: 1. The teaching time of compulsory education teachers is overlong generally, and more than half of the teachers spend more than 8 hours on the daily teaching; 2. In the teaching time distribution, the ratio of "teaching time towards classes" to "teaching time towards students" is about 2 : 1 ; 3. Within the teaching time towards classes, the ratio of the time preparing for class- room teaching to classroom teaching time is about 2 : 1, while within the teaching time towards students, the ratio of the homework correcting time to the after-class tutoring time is about 5.5 : 1. 4. The teaching times have significant differences in learning stages, school locations or teacher genders, in which some tendencies also appear.
