摘  要:现代学徒制作为高职教育校企合作不断深化的一种新形式,从机制上对校企合作协同育人提出了新要求。在分析现代学徒制校企合作协同育人机制内涵的基础上,以电气自动化试点专业为例,通过校企共商育人方案、共建育人制度、共履育人职责、共享育人成果,构建保障约束、育人运行、质量评价和长效合作的校企合作协同育人新机制。As a new form of deepening school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education, the modem ap- prenticeship has put forward new requirements in mechanism for school-enterprise cooperative education. Based on the analysis of the mechanism connotation of school-enterprise cooperative education, taking the experimental major of electrical automation as an example, through the discussion of educational programs, the co-construction of educational system, the joint implementation of educational responsibility and the sharing of educational achievements between schools and enterprises, this paper proposes to establish a new mode of school-enterprise cooperative education which includes "guarantee and restriction, educational operation, quality evaluation and long-term cooperation".
