医学生与辅导员沟通的现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 通过分析医学生与辅导员沟通中存在的问题及影响因素,探索改善沟通的措施.方法 选择在复旦大学附属中山医院实习的2011级、2012级五年制临床医学专业和2008级、2009级八年制临床医学专业共180名学生为研究对象,以问卷调查和座谈的形式了解医学生与辅导员沟通中存在的问题,按照每个选项的百分比进行数据的描述分析.结果 有43.9％（79/180）的医学生表示不会主动和辅导员进行沟通,有52.8％（95/180）的医学生表示辅导员并不会主动与自己进行沟通;主要影响因素包括沟通意识、沟通时间、沟通方法、对辅导员的信任程度、辅导员的专业知识结构等.结论 通过建立良好的沟通意愿、改善沟通技巧、提高辅导员自身素质等措施,可以改善沟通现状.Objective To explore new measures to improve the communication between the counselor and medical students,analyzing the problems and impact factors of them.Methods Select the five-year and eight-year medical interns as the research object.Through questionnaire and interviewing,this paper explores the problems of communication between students and counselors,and the data from the investigation are analyzed.Results 43.9% （79/180） of the students will not communicate with the counselor initiatively.52.8%（95/180） of the students complain that the counselor does not communicate with their own initiatively.Communication awareness,time,methods,the degree of trust of the students,the professional quality of counselors are the main factors influencing the communication between them.Conclusions The establishment of good communication will,improving communication skills,and enhancing the qualities of the counselors are the main measures to improve the status of communication.
