摘 要:目的:了解护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力培养效果。方法:采用整群抽样对某校2015级45名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行问卷调查。结果:无论是否有临床护理工作经历,经过研究生临床实践培养,学生的理论知识、护理专科操作技能和护理科研能力均明显提高(P<0.05);无临床护理工作经历的研究生护理基本操作技能和交流沟通与协作能力有不同程度提高(P<0.05);研究生的批判性思维能力、临床决策力、临床护理管理能力和教学能力经过临床实践培养提高均不明显(P>0.05)。结论:建议护理硕士专业学位研究生在临床实践开始前首先评估学生的临床实践能力,有针对性的安排实践内容,制定个性化的临床实践培养方案。Objective:To understand the effect of clinical practice ability training for nursing master degree graduates.Methods:A cluster sampling survey was conducted among 45 students of 2015 year for nursing master degree graduates.Results:Whether having the clinical nursing work or not,the students' theoretical knowledge,nursing skills and nursing scientific research ability were improved obviously after graduate clinical practice training(P〈0.05).The basic nursing skills,communication skills and collaboration ability of the postgraduates who had no clinical nursing experience were improved to a certain extent(P〈0.05).The critical thinking ability,clinical decision making ability,clinical nursing management ability and teaching ability of the postgraduates were not significantly improved by clinical practice(P〈0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the postgraduates of nursing major should first evaluate the students' clinical practice ability before the clinical practice,and assign the content of practice to make individualized training program for clinical practice.
