摘  要:核心素养视角下的教育,其难点和焦点都在于学科核心素养的评价。借鉴声誉日隆的PISA数学素养测试的部分做法,透过其本身存在的综合性、抽象性、内隐性和情景性的复杂特征,以及评价本身所要求的科学精准性,可在剔除传统考试的弊端后构建属于中国自己本土化的小学数学测评框架、水平等级。具象到小学毕业年级数学笔试,通过研究小学毕业生应该具备的"素养标准",再以此划分"试题水平等级"和编制试题,期望以反思考察结果来定量分析学生的数学素养落实情况,从而帮助学校改进教学,帮助教师更好地引领学生分享数学,积淀数学素养。The difficulty and focus of the education from the perspective of core quality lies in the evaluation of the core quality of the subject. Using partial practice of PISA mathematical literacy test with rising reputation for reference, combining with its complex features such as being comprehensive and abstract,implicit and situational as well as the scientific accuracy required by the evaluation itself, the disadvantages c~ the traditional examination can be eliminated,thus the localized primary school mathematics evaluation framework and level can be built. Specific to the primary school graduation mathematics written examination, we should first study the "quality standard" primary school graduates should have, then divide the "test level" and prepare questions. It is expected that the results of the study can be used to quantitatively analyze the implementation of the students' mathematical literacy, so as to help the students improve their learning and help the teacher to lead the students to share the mathematics and accumulate the mathematics accomplishment.
