摘  要:针对轻型客车的侧倾稳定性问题提出了采用Trucksim与Matlab/Smulink联合仿真的方法。通过Trucksim得到双移线侧倾工况下的侧向加速度曲线,采用拟合算法得到加速度数据并转化为侧向力作为Simulink模型的输入,进一步基于该输入建立半车四自由度侧倾仿真模型。通过仿真及对悬架相关性能进行分析可知,该联合仿真方法准确有效,该型客车的侧倾角变化在稳定范围之内且悬架性能符合要求,论文模型及方法为进一步优化车辆悬架结构和性能提供了参考。Aiming at the roll stability of light passenger cars,a method of Cosimulation by Trucksim and Matlab/Smulink was put forward. This paper got the lateral acceleration curve of roll under the condition of double lane change through Trucksim,and got into the lateral force and acceleration data as the input of Simulink model by fitting algorithm based on the input,and further established four DOFs roll simulation model.The simulation and perfonnance analysis of suspension shows that the Co-simulation method is accurate and effective. The bus roll changes in the stable range and the suspension performance meets the requirements,the model and the method provides a reference to further optimize the structure and performance of vehicle suspension.
