涉农专业中高职衔接贯通培养实践——以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例

摘　　要：中高职衔接贯通培养是探索系统培养高素质技术技能人才的有效途径,是建设现代职业教育体系的重要命题。黑龙江农业经济职业学院依托黑龙江省现代农业职业教育集团采取理论研究与涉农专业中高职贯通试点项目配套联动的方式,边研究、边实践、边改进,理论研究与试点实践有机结合,在中高职贯通培养顶层设计、培养模式创新、有效衔接等方面探索出了可行做法,为相关院校开展贯通培养提供了经验和模式。Developing students through connecting secondary vocational schools with higher vocational colleges is an effective way to systematically cultivate high-qualified technical and skilled talents, and is also an important task in developing the modern vocational educational systems. Heilongjiang Vocational College of Agricultural Economy, relying on Heilongjiang Modern Agricultural Vocational Education Group, adopt the way of supporting linkage between theoretical research and pilot projects, and explored feasible practice approaches in the aspects of top design, innovative talent-training mode and the effective ways of connecting secondary vocational schools with higher vocational colleges, which can provide necessary experience and modes for other relevant colleges.
