摘　　要：在人口老龄化不断加速,养老服务业迅速发展的时代背景下,社会对老年护理人才的需求量及服务质量的要求不断提升。该文针对老年护理人才培养中存在的问题进行分析,从老年护理人才培养目标、课程设置、实践教学、师资建设、孝道教育5个方面,探讨适合我国老龄化特点的老年护理人才培养模式,以期为全国各高职院校老年护理人才培养模式的进一步完善提供参考。Along with the increased aging population and rapid development of care services for the elderly, there is a great demand regarding geriatric nursing specialty and service quality. This study aimed to analyze the problems existing in the training of geriatric nursing specialty. We discussed the potential strategies for training which are suitable for the aging characteristics of China from the following aspects including training objectives, curriculum setting,practice ,staff training and filial piety education. We hope the study can provide references for the training model of geriatric nursing specialty in the vocational schools all over the country.
