摘  要:教师个体的教育哲学是具有独立性、实践性、反思性和引导性的教育哲学,帮助教师加强教育信念并深刻理解教育本质,有助于教师在具体的教育教学实践活动中遇到问题时,运用哲学的思维去反思和审视教育经历,这不仅可以提升教师职业自我认同感、体现教师的专业化,也表现出内生性的品格修养,最终可以让教师在自己的生命经历中体现生命价值。学习教育理论,增强教育信念;反思教学实践,做教育问题的研究者;双重交往互动,重构教育生态场域,这是形成教师个体教育哲学的重要路径。The teacher's individual educational philosophy is an independent,practical,reflective and guiding educational philosophy,which help teachers strengthen their educational beliefs and understand the nature of education,reflect and examine the educational experience by using philosophical thinking when teachers are faced with educational problems in their specific educational and teaching practice. Besides,it is helpful for teachers to enhance their professional self-identity,reflect the professionalization of teachers,and show an endogenous of the character cultivation,and ultimately allow teachers to reflect the value of life in their own life experience. The path of teachers' individual educational philosophy: learning education theory,strengthen education beliefs; reflecting on teaching practice,doing research researchers; double interaction,reconstructing the educational ecological field.
