摘　　要：教育理念是职业院校综合改革的重要内容。本文阐述了立德树人、以文化人、多元育人、开放育人"四维"教育理念产生的背景和主要内容,针对当前高职院校综合改革,有针对性地实施"四维"教育理念,推动高职院校综合改革的路径选择,为高职院校改革、发展提供决策参考。Education idea is an important content of comprehensive reform in vocational colleges. This paper explains the background and the main contents of four - dimensional education idea of morality education, literacy education, di- verse education and open education. In view of the current reform in vocational colleges, the four - dimensional education idea need to be implemented, the route options of comprehensive reform in vocational colleges promoted, and the decision reference for the reform and development of vocational colleges provided.
