摘  要:高等职业院校的学生往往被认为是高考制度下的"失败者",由于学习成绩不太理想而被界定为"差生",背负着沉重的心理负担。一部分学生长期不受重视、甚至被歧视,由此常常表现出缺乏自信、麻木、拖拉、不求上进,甚至叛逆、敌对、以破坏力示人等负向心理和行为。高职学生的心理问题最为突出的表现是缺乏自信和懈怠。积极心理学对于提升人的自信心具有重要作用,对于高职学生的自信心培养则具有更为特殊的意义。和谐心理培育的路径研究是高校社会主义核心价值观落细、落小、落实路径研究的重要方面。Students in higher vocational colleges are often regarded as"losers" in college entrance examination system. Due to poor academic records, they are defined as "poor students", and often bear a heavy psychological burden. Some students have long been neglected and even discriminated, so they usually have a negative psychology and some unfavorable behaviors, such as lack of self-confidence and ambitions, and being numb, procrastinating, rebelling, hostile and sabotaging. The most striking ones are their lack of self-confidence and being slack. Positive psychology plays an important role in improving people's self-confidence, and it is of special significance for the cultivation of self- confidence among the students. To study the path to harmonious psychological cultivation, is an important part to study the path to emphasizing details, trifles and practice of the socialist core values in colleges.
