摘　　要：校园文化和企业文化是校园和企业在发展过程中的重要组成部分。无论是校园文化还是企业文化,都在很大程度上影响着校园或企业的发展。通过对校园文化和企业文化的全方位分析,研究校园文化和企业文化的构成因素,构建校园文化与企业文化的融通机制。Campus culture and corporate culture are an important part of the campus and enterprise in the development process. Campus culture or corporate culture, to a large extent, affects the development of the campus or enterprise. Through a comprehensive analysis of the campus culture and corporate culture, this paper studies the factors of campus culture and corporate culture, and constructs the ac-commodation mechanism of campus culture and corporate culture.
